In 2015 she specialised in oedema therapy, and since 2020 she has also been a hand therapist. Over the years Jana has additionally specialised in several exercise programmes and is registered with Chronisch ZorgNet. She has also completed the KNGF training programmes in axial spondyloarthritis and in rheumatoid arthritis with severe functional limitations, and has been qualified to offer these treatments since 2026.\n<br><br>\nFrom 2017 to 2023 Jana was co-owner of the practice Fysiotherapiecentrum Transvaal. There she treated and supported patients with musculoskeletal problems, mainly back, neck and headache complaints. She specialised in particular in the treatment of breast cancer patients and pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain. Since then she has worked full time at Fysiotherapie Kijkduin.\n<br><br>\nJana is the proud mother of her son Zayn, who arrived unexpectedly after 28 weeks of pregnancy. Sebastiaan believes it is important to involve his clients actively in the rehabilitation process, so that they retain their independence.\n<br><br>\nAlongside his work at Fysiotherapie Kijkduin he is the owner of Fysio Vanquish in Zwijndrecht. Sebastiaan is also involved with Voetbal Academie 4theplayers, where he works with footballers in the Netherlands and abroad, and is part of the medical team of the Rotterdam Marathon. In The Hague he spent several years supporting athletes at Haag Atletiek.
